This notice is intended to continue the copyright on my original paintings I paint, my sketches I sketch, my pencil or pen drawings, my writings whether as a Registered Nurse on health care topics or as a citizen on the subject of liberty, the US Constitution,the worship of GOD,or on any topic; and to copyright my original photographs whether of a genre nature of flowers, mountains, sunsets, skies, storms, clouds, objects, people [though I usually only photograph my own daughters and their famiiles and not people I see as a walkabout].

This is a continuation of the copyright began years ago to notify the public that although I often put my own photographs of my own created works [paintings, sketches, drawings, photographs, writings, files] on my own websites and or blogs it is not permission to copy them or download them or reprint them, or reproduce them as prints. IF and when I decide to make prints of my paintings, I will notify the public and make those generally available for anyone to purchase. At this time, I have no artist's agent or artist's agency representing me and there is no one with the authority to make prints of, or reproduce my paintings. Because you see those on a website or blog of mine, does not give you permission to save those to your computer, to store them on a flash/pen/external drive or to print them out, or reproduce them, or send them to a printer off line. You may not use my intellectual properties as your own. Intellectual properties are included in international copyrights.

You also may not use my name of Gloria Poole in any way. You may not include it in your email addresses or in your websites. You may not use it as authorization for anything you want to do. You may not use my name whether written as Gloria Poole, or gloriapoole,or gloria-poole,or gloria_poole, or gloria.poole, or gloria0817, or g-l-o-r-i-a, or gloriapooleRN, [with the RN meaning Registered Nurse] or as gloriapoole.RN, or gloriapoole_RN, or gloriapoole-RN. I am a real person, a woman, white, Christian and I absolutely OWN my name I was born with. You may not use my name in any way.

Consider this a legal notice that I own my "works" I create, paint, draw, sketch,and then photograph; and I own my photographs and I own the exclusive copyright to them, and that means I am the only person authorized to add them to any site or blog and the only person authorized to order prints or reprints of them, and the only person authorized to save them, store, archive and reproduce them in any format. This is also true of any of these intellectual properties that I add to websites or blogs for Life Media & Publishing LLP or of words that WORK,LLP which are my own legal entities also.
